I think for a lot of students it is the fear of failure rather than the exam itself which causes all the anxiety. Working yourself up with worry can only add to your stress and likely hood of not doing well on a exam. In order to avoid this I believe preparation is the key. If you have studied thoroughly then you should feel confident about taking it and doing well.

the world is so competative that every1 wants to be toppers..
whether it is in exams or in any othr competitions.
this is a +ve sign as far as the development is considered.
but it puts a lot of stress on students as well as participants.
the anxiety is enough to put them in under pressure.
some take it easy n they enjoy the days..whether it is xam time or othr.
bt many studnts becomes anxious about therir performance n results.
