Every human being has the fear of the unexpected. He loves
living in the luxuries of comfort zone. ‘No one is so brave that he is not disturbed
by something unexpected’, says Julius Caesar. However, life cannot be enjoyed optimally
by fearing the unexpected. Life’s
mysteries can only be understood by daring to explore the unexpected.
All the great explorers who did great feats were men and women who had the courage to face the unexpected. They were ready to take risks. Columbus dared to navigate in the unknown waters of the formidable Pacific; Louis Pasteur took the risks of experimenting with the rabid dogs; Madam Curie experimented with the radioactive substances to know their mysteries. Pioneer space explorers put their very life in danger by daring to go into the unpredictable and dangerous space. It was only through daring to explore the unexpected they discovered something new.
So, we should not fear the unexpected. There are many possibilities and
opportunities in the unexpected.
