I am delighted to have this golden opportunity of expressing my views on the ROLE OF WOMEN on the eve of “WOMEN’S DAY”.
In the past women were considered inferior to men. Today, Women are as good as men in every aspect. They have proved their worth. Name any field of progress wherein they have not left their mark? They are known for their sincerity, sensibility, hard work and timely wit. They have never failed in using them in time of need. Women like Barkha Dutt. Sonia Gandhi has excelled in their respective task. Being a woman myself, I feel tremendous power in myself and see no reason to lag behind. I am proud to be a woman. We know that the modern world cannot afford to leave women as they have time and again made the world realize their strong presence.
I acknowledge the vital role the women play for the emancipation of the society and their immense contribution in shaping and creating a strong nation with their spirit of dedication devotion and duty.

Women in society doing wonders and achieving the world. They are changing the definition and the perspective with which women were looked at.
Women are working and leading in all spheres. Most of them are managing their domestic and professional life together. They are taking care of their families and equally cultivate their careers in their respective fields.
Women have managed to enter into a plethora of careers that were priorly men-dominated spheres. Women are into sports, wrestling, saving the world, and whatnot. Mothers are flying planes and daughters are conquering the world. Long gone those days when a female just used to sit back at their home leaving the financial matter to the men of the house. Females are leading the finances in MNCs and creating their companies.
It proves that gender is just an aspect that does not decide one's career or the future. Determination and working hard can result in success. Perspectives should be broadened and the mindset should be progressive. Biasedness and traditional beliefs are major setbacks in today's age.
