1mole of BaF2 & 1 mole of H2SO4 react as -
BaF2 + H2SO4 --> BaSO4 + 2HF
Remaining 1 mole of H2SO4 dissociates as -
H2SO4 ---> 2H+ + SO4--
To neutralize 2 mol H+, 2 mol OH- are required which are provided by 2 mol KOH.
KOH --> 2K+ + 2OH-
