2. Voluntary muscle- These are attached to all the bones and bring about all the voluntary activities that is which are under our control like movement of arms, legs etc.
Involuntary movement - These muscle fibre are spindle shape that is pointed at the ends and broad at the middle. They are found in organ such ad stomach , intestine, urinary bladder etc.
3. Cardiac muscle - These muscles are found in heart only but are involuntary in their movement.
Aerobic activity makes you breathe harder and your heart beat faster, as a result, increases heart and lung fitness. Examples include brisk walking, dancing, cycling, jogging, swimming and playing basketball.
Muscle-strengthening activity increase bone strength and muscular fitness.
