(a) 1 कम (b) 1 ज्यादा (c) 2 कम (d) 2 ज्यादा है।

Solution:  

28 के पहले की संख्या   = 27

Number before 28   = 27

27 is 1 less than 28

27 , 28 से 1 कम

or

28 के बाद की  संख्या = 29

 number after 28 = 29

27 is 2 less than 29

27 , 29 से 2 कम
