Answer:

Article 4 (part 1) of the constitution of Nepal 2072 states “Nepal is an independent, indivisible, sovereign, secular, inclusive, socialism – oriented, federal Democratic Republic state.” A sovereign state is defined as a state with definite territory that administers its own government and is not subject to or dependent on another power. Basically, a sovereign state has the authority the govern itself. Nepal has a fixed territory of 147,181 square kilometer. Nepal has its own government and this government is independent. It is allowed to do whatever it desires without interference of any external power. Nepal is an inclusive country because few spots are left for woman, Dalits, indigenous ethnic groups, Madhesi communities, oppressed groups, etc. based on the principle of proportionate inclusion. Nepal is a secular state. Every individual has the right to choose what religion they want to follow. No one can discriminate someone based on their religion. Nepal is a federal nation as it is divided into seven federal provinces which has their own government. They can make their decision for their own province without the interference of any other province or central government. A republic country is a country where peoples' representatives hold governmental posts. In Nepal we vote for the people who hold such posts. Thus, Nepal is a sovereign, secular, inclusive, federal and republic country.
