i can explain you the 1st one.
from these lines Antony is trying to say that when Caesar was alive, people had loved him a lot but now when he is dead, people have forgotton him and he is saying that the men have lost their reason. by this part of his speech, Antony had become emotional. so he asks people to bear up with him as he felt a lot bad for caesar and he needed time to recover so that he could then go on with his speech.
