Answer:

1) Opinions are someone's views about a point. These may or may not be true. But truth is never wrong. It's a statement that is always correct in all aspects. A philosophical definition of truth would be - the reality around you is called truth

2) Others opinions are valued according to the person. If a mad man is shouting some things about the universe people will not listen. But if APJ Abdul Kalam speaks, the whole world listens.
