Step-by-step explanation:

Given:-

One of the sides and the corresponding height of a parallelogram are 6.5cm and 4cm respectively.

To find:-

find the area of the parallelogram

Solution:-

One of the sides of a Parallelogram =6.5cm

therefore,Base=(b)=6.5cm

Height of the paralellogram (h)=4cm

Using formula:-

If base 'b' units and height is 'h' units of a Parallelogram then the area of the parallelogram is "bh" sq. units.

Now, b=6.5cm and h=4cm

Area of the paralellogram=6.5×4=26 sq.cm

Answer:-

Area of the parallelogram is 26 cm²

Additional information:-

any side of the paralellogram is called its base
