Answer:

(1/p + 1/q ) + (1/x - 1/(p+q+x)) = 0

((q+p)/pq ) +((p+q+x-x )/x (p+q+x)) =0

p+q (1/pq + 1/x (p+q+x)) =0

shift p+q to RHS

take LCm

(px+qx+x^2+pq)/pqx (p+q+x)=0

shift denominator to RHS

px+qx+x^2+pq=0

x^2+px+qx+pq =0

x (x+p) +q (x+p) =0

(x+p) (x+q) =0

(x+p)=0 , x+q=0

x=-p. , x= -q.
