1. Plan your Diet:
a. Talk to your mother about the menu she plans to make for lunch the next day. Ask her
to take out the main ingredients so that these can be weighed in advance. for eg rice,
dal, veggies, curd.
For chapatti- ask your parent to provide you with a ball of dough.
b. Measure the ball with a weighing scale or ask a vegetable vendor that visits your area
to weigh it for you.
c. likewise, weigh all the ingredients. Kindly observe all safety measures & precautions
considering the pandemic, under the supervision of an adult.
d. List the dishes and calculate the nutrients, taking help from the internet. Nutrients as
follows: -
Carbohydrates, Proteins, and Fat.
e. Convert the weight of each nutritional value into fractions as well as decimals.
f. Make a table of your observations in the following manner
