The plants do not have any special respiratory organs such as lungs or gills. The plant have large surface area in proportion to their volume and the gaseous exchange occur in them by diffusion through stomata. Plants take in carbon dioxide through holes on the undersides of their leaves known as stoma or pores.
Hope it's help you ✌️
