1. Pointing to a man, a girl said "he is the only son-in-law of the grandfather of my mother's only
daughter." How is the man related to the girl?

In the end of this question the relation is daughter. After that mother and his father would be my grandfather. And grandfather's son in law means mother's husband. Therefore mother's husband would be girl's father.
