1) Bacille Calmette Guerin (B.C.G) - Tuberculosis - few days of being born and up to six months.

2) Oral Polio Vaccine (O.P.V) - Polio virus - 2 months old, 4 months old, 6 through 18 months old, and 4 through 6 years old.

3) Pentavalent - Diphtheria, Tetanus, Whooping cough, Hepatitis B and Haemophilus Influenzae Type b (Hib) which causes Pneumonia and Meningitis - From 6 to 1 year of age.

4) Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (M.M.R) - Measles, Mumps, and Rubella - 9 months of age, 15-18 months and second at school entry (4-6 yr of age).

5) Tetanus (T.T) - Bacterial infection - 8, 12 and 16 weeks, 3 years and 4 months.
