❤️Na2CO3 is a white crystalline solid which exists as decahydrate ( Na2CO3 ) .This is called Washing Soda .

❤️It is readily soluble in water .

❤️On heating it loses of water of crystalline to form monohydrate .

Na2CO3.10H2O ===>Na2CO3.H2O+9H2O

Above 373K , the monohydrate becomes completely an hydrous and changes to white powder called soda ash

Na2CO3.H2O ===> Na2CO3 . H2O
