Given - L II M
T transversal

To prove - alternate angles are equal

ie. Angle 4= Angle 6
(Refer the attachment )

Proof =
1. angle 2= angle 4 ... vertically opposite angles
2. angle 2=angle 6. . corresponding angles
3. therefore angle 4= angle 6 .... By 1 and 2

Hence proved.
