 log_{ \frac{4}{5} }( \frac{64}{125} )  \\  = \:  log_{ \frac{4}{5} }( (\frac{4}{5})  {}^{3} ) \\  =  3log_{ \frac{4}{5} }( \frac{4}{5} )  \\  = 3

as

 log_{ \frac{4}{5} }(1 )  = 0

so the and is 3
