1 rabbit saw 6 elephants while going to the river. Every elephant saw 2 monkeys going towards the river. Every monkey holds 1 parrot in their hands.

its not mention that elephant goes to river ...
so but 2 monkey and 2 parrots going..
so final answer will be
2+2+1RABBIT = 5 TOTAL ..
THEN 3 Animals are going towards river we can say ..because 2 parrots are birds..
