SOLUTION :

\boxed{\boxed{\underline{\underline{\bf Answer 1.}}}}

Let Radhika's pocket money = Rs a

The money spent by Radhika = Rs 350

Also money spent is = 70% of a

Therefore,

70% of a = 350

\bf \rightarrow \frac{70}{100} \times a = 350\\\\\rightarrow a =\frac{350\times100}{70}\\\\\rightarrow a = 500

Hence,

Radhika's pocket money is Rs 500.

\boxed{\boxed{\underline{\underline{\bf Answer 2.}}}}

Number of persons who read English newspaper = 72% of 25

\bf =\frac{72}{100}\times25\\\\\bf=18

Number of persons who read Hindi newspaper = 16% of 25

\bf =\frac{16}{100}\times 25\\\\\bf =4

Therefore,

Number of persons who do not read any of the two newspaper = 25 - (18+4) = 3 persons

Hence,

3 persons read none of the newspapers.
