Step-by-step explanation:

To find a rational number between

 \frac{4}{3}

&

 \frac{6}{5}

We can take add of them and divide them by two

So,

 \frac{ \frac{4}{3} +  \frac{6}{5}  }{2}

Then ,

We take LCM of 5 & 3 which is 15

 \frac{ \frac{20 + 18}{15} }{2}

Then

 \frac{ \frac{38}{15} }{2}  =  \frac{38}{15 \times 2}  = \frac{38}{30}  =  \frac{19}{15}

19/15 is the answer . Hope it help :)
