a)  The cook's tendency to react combined with his physique reminded the writer of the Pandava Bheem.

b)  Two things that happened within a month of Bheema's job were:

(i)  Steel utensils got bent and dented.

(ii) The precious coffee set had been in an uneven number.

c)  Bheem's way of working was unique because he rolled chapatis, chopped vegetables with a vengeance and stirred the curries as though he was engaged in a sword fight.

d)   Two examples to prove that Bheema was never found wanting an excuse are:

(i)  If the rice remained partially uncooked it was because the 'gas' had not cooperated.

(ii)  If the chicken got burnt, it was because the bird was too dry(on a diet).

e)  A word in paragraph 1 that means the same as 'blocking' is choking.
