Horace led a contented and tranquil existence and has been referred to as good and respected because of this. However, he wasn't entirely trustworthy because he used to annually steal precious books.

• He stole because he wanted to buy rare books and because of this, we can argue that Horace Danby was decent and honourable but not entirely sincere.
• Horace Danby made a living by producing and selling locks. He excelled in his line of work. In terms of his vocation, he was reputable and had made enough money to maintain support.
• He was so well-liked by the populace and regarded as a reputable individual. Success in his line of work earned him respect and made him seem like a kind person.
• He did, however, steal on occasion. Due to this, Horace Danby, who was a good and respected man, was not regarded as wholly honest.
