Respected Sir/Madam,

I am here to pen down my concern about killings that people do for honor. The honor killings are done when the family does not want a certain person. This accounts for the new born babies as well. When the family thinks that a certain person might cause the dignity and the respect of the family, they just kill and the killings are just unnoticed.

Most of the occurrences are just unnoticed or just ignored. They should be brought to justice as killing is punishable by law. The people has to be alerted and such activities must be condemned.

I kindly request you to kindly publish an article/take necessary action against this.

With due respect, I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authority on the issue of honor-killing in the conservative Indian society. The issue has been multiplying day by day. This needs to be stopped as it has increased the crime rate in the country. Also, it has moved from conservative Indian SOCIETY TO THE EDUCATED PEOPLE OF HIGH STANDARD AS WELL. An early and immediate action needs to be taken at the earliest. I hope that this issue would be looked upon by the concerned authority as soon as possible.
