 \frac{1}{ \sqrt{3}  +  \sqrt{2} }  \times  \frac{2}{ \sqrt{3 } -  \sqrt{2}  }

=

 \frac{1 \times 2}{( \sqrt{3}  +  \sqrt{2}) \times ( \sqrt{3} -  \sqrt{2}  )  }

now,

using( a^2-b^2) formula where (a=root 3 and b= root 2):

\frac{1 \times 2}{( { \sqrt{3} })^{2}   -( { \sqrt{2} })^{2}  }

=

 \frac{2}{3 - 2}

=

 \frac{2}{1}

= 1
