then, age of parul be (x-15)

after 5 years, their ages are..

age of rahul =(x+5)

age of parul =(x-15+5) = (x-10)

given equation is..

(x+5) (x-10)

x^2-10x-5x-50

after 5 years,
age of parul=x+5
age of rahul=x+15+5=x+20
so,equation will 2(x+5)=x+20. or
x+5=(x+20)/2


2.according to the question
the cost of 3pizzas and 5garlic bread piece is 1406.
:-cost of 1 pizza is equal to the 25 more than cost of two garlic bread piece .
so,we can write that
garlic bread piece's cost=x
pizza cost=2x+25
so,equation is 2x+25+x=1406
