1. When sex organs are not covered in any sterile cells, then they are called non-jacketed. Sex organs are unicellular and non-jacketed in Algae.


2. Both thallophytes and bryophytes are nonvascular plants.


This means that they don’t have xylem and phloem for water conduction and hence they have specialized tissues for this purpose.
