2)Lack of Planning: Kiran, does not maintain a proper task schedule due to which she is not able to divide work on time and get the same completed.

3)Lack of work ethics: Kiran lacks ethics as she reprimands Shanaya in front of her subordinates, which clearly demonstrate poor leadership qualities.
