There are three forms of fall
Fall Fell and Fallen
There is no such word as Felled
So 1. is wrong
Now fallen is always used with participle like had
So 4. is also wrong
Now tied tight is wrong usage but tied tightly is right usage So 2. is also wrong
Therefore 3. is correct
