1. It was because the baby didn’t knew what danger was coming.
2. The forest department made a fire line which would stop the fire to spread.
3. She bit and pushed her baby to a safer zone away from the fire as the baby didn’t knew that a danger was closing in.

Q1 she forced her baby on with rough bites because baby was newborn and was not able to recognize the danger . She wanted her baby to move quickly so as to avoid danger

Q2 The forest department set yhe fire to halt the fire and control any further damages

Q3 The Hind saved the fawn by pushing and nudging him towards the river bed . The pool near the rocks helped then to drink water . They borh stayed near the pool until the fire died out
