Fe(26)
K,L,M
Electronic Configuration = 2,8,16
(K,L&M are the shells)

It can’t be (2,8,15,1) because the outermost shell must be filled with the maximum capacity it can have for the given element.

Hope it will help you!!

Answer:

Electronic configuration of iron (fe)

K L M

2 8 6

It cannot be 2,8,15,1 because it doesn't satisfies the electron sharing in the shells .
