Times are changing and so are people. The statistics showcase how people in India are facing many issues in their college and schools. There are many people who have started to commit crimes on a basic internal and educational level. Students do ragging of other students and they abuse others. Such an abuse causes many issues for them on a mental level. They start to face psychological issues like depression and anxiety. It ends up causing them to even commit suicide. The shy and quiet students are the ones who get targeted first. They get abused on multiple levels.

• Ragging is colleges’ schools and hostel has become a new norm. The seniors or influential person finds great pleasure by ragging juniors in college. The juniors are physically or verbally bullied/ abused in these cases. Usually the introverts or shy people are the victims.
• The seniors generally in small groups, try to terrorize there juniors and find a strange sort of pleasure in this. These people are usually with some form of psychological disorder and practice this for there need to feel superior.  
• The victims of extreme ragging suffer from depression, demoralization isolation mental and physical abuse. Over time this can also lead to suicide.  
• This has to stop. And it is possible only with severe punishment which includes suspension, dismissal or in some extreme cases imprisonment and fine.
