a) 27- [5+ [28-(29-7)}]
b) -25 + 14 = (15-3)
c) (-216) + (-12)
d) (-5) * 7 * (-5) * (-8)
2) What will be the sign of the product if we multiply 40 negative integers and 98 positive
integers?

Answer:

1 a. 27-[5+[28-(29-7)}]

= 27-[5+{28-22}]

= 27-[5+6]

= 27-11

=16ans.

b. -25+14= (15-3)

= LHS

-25+14 =1 1

RHS

(15-3) =1 2

LHS doesn't equal to RHS.

c.(-216)+(-12)

=-216+-12

= -228 Ans.

d.(-5)×7×(-5)×(-8)

=-35 × -5 × -8

= 175× -8.

= -1400ans

2. -40× 98

=- 3,920

so when we multiply positive no +ve too negative no -ve our answer is in

negative -ve.

3.Arrange the numbers in ascending order:

3.Arrange the numbers in ascending order:-31, 139, -203, -96,0, 2408

= -203, -96 ,-31,0,139,2408.

To find the greater no among two

integers always see on the right side

because the no which lies in right

is always greater than the no which

lies in left side.
