1\frac{1}{4}\times \:7\div \left(12\frac{7}{12}-11\frac{1}{3}\right)

=\frac{5}{4}\times \:7\div \left(12\frac{7}{12}-11\frac{1}{3}\right)

=\frac{5}{4}\times \:7\div \left(\frac{151}{12}-11\frac{1}{3}\right)

=\frac{5}{4}\times \:7\div \left(\frac{151}{12}-\frac{34}{3}\right)

=\frac{5}{4}\times \:7\div \frac{5}{4}

=7
