Answer:

 { \sin }^{2} θ +  { \cos}^{2} θ = 1

so \: 1 -  {  \sin }^{2} θ =  { \cos }^{2} θ

 { \cos }^{2} θ \times  { \sec }^{2}θ = 1

Hence Proved.
