1+sin /cos + cos/1+sin = 2sec

LHS = ( 1 + sin )2 + cos2 / cos ( 1 + sin)

= 1 + 2sin + sin2 + cos2 / cos ( 1 + sin )

= 2 + 2sin / cos ( 1+ sin )

= 2 / cos = 2sec
