1-sin^2 x sec^2 = 1
we know that sin^2 + cos^2 = 1....cos^2=1-sin^2
so putting this in the equation...we get
cos^2 x sec^2 = 1
we know that sec = 1/cos
so putting this in the equation...we get
cos^2 x 1/cos^2 = 1
1 x 1=1
1=1
