1+sin2x = 1+2sinxcosx = sin^2x + cos^2x + 2sinxcosx = (sinx + cosx)^2 = an alternate way of expressing 1+sin2x -> if this is what you were looking for.Jan 13,

Answer:

to prove lhs=rhs

Lhs:( 1+sinx)(1-sinx)

(a+b)(a-b)=a square - b square

=(1)square -(sinx)square

= 1-sinx square

= cos x square

(cos x = 1/sec)

= 1/sec square

hence proved . LHS=RHS
