ax+bx-bx+8a+16/a-b=0

a²x-abx+8a²-8b+16=0

(a²-ab)x+(8a²-8b)+16=0

where a=a²-ab, b=8a²-8b, c=16

using the formula

DISC=b²-4ac

        =(8a²-8b)²-4(a²-ab)(16)

        after using formula of whole square

        =x²-16a²b²

        for perfect squaredisc must be zero

so  

     x²-16a²b²=0

      x²=16a²b²

        after taking sqrt on both sides we get
