On taking LCM on LHS of 3 and 5, And Taking LCM 3 on RHS, we get

$\rm :\longmapsto\:\dfrac{5(7x + 14) - 3(17 - 3x)}{15} =\dfrac{18x - (4x + 2) - 15}{3}$
