you could put the value of anyone X or Y to get the value....as you will put the value of X than you will got the value of Y and similarly if you put the value of X than you will got value of Y

1) put the value of X = 1

1 - 2y = 0

-2y = -1 + 0

y = -1 / -2

y = 1 / 2
