1-Stars are Luminous objects like Sun.Why?

Answer:

Stars produce light and heat by the fusion of process going on all time in the core of the star. As a result intense amount of heat is produced , which produces light. A star produces light from its own energy. Thus a star, indeed is a luminous body.
