Required solution :-

Solution I :-

Coulomb's law

Coulomb's Law is one of the basic ideas of electric force. Coulomb's law states that, "The force of attraction or repulsion between two charged bodies is directly proportional to the product of their charges and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them."

The law is applicable only for the point charges at rest. Distance increases, the forces and electric fields decrease.

Solution II :-

Natural gas is the cleanest fuel. It is less harmful to the environment than coal, petrol or diesel as it has less carbon dioxide emissions. It has a high calorific value, and burns causing no pollution. It also provides instant energy and does not require pre-heating.

Solution III :-

When one joule of work is done in moving one coloumb of the charge positive charge from infinity it is said that the electric potential at a point is 1 volt.

Solution IV :-

The amount of work done in moving a unit charge from one point to other point. Potential difference = Work Done/ Quantity of Charge moved.

Explanation:

1 answer:

State Coulomb's law.

According to Coulomb's law, the force of attraction or repulsion between two charged bodies is directly proportional to the product of their charges and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them. It acts along the line joining the two charges considered to be point charges.

2 answer:

Natural gas is considered to be a good fuel because it has a high calorific value, burns with a smokeless flame, causes no air pollution and does not produce any poisonous gas.

3 rd answer:

Electric potential at a point is 1 volt means 1 joule of work is done in moving 1 unit positive charge from infinity to that point.

4 th answer

The difference in electric potential between two points is known as Potential difference. The potential difference between two points in an electric field is defined as amount of work done in moving a unit charge from one point to other point. Potential difference = Work Done/ Quantity of Charge moved.
