primary function is to cut food. The two incisors on either side of the midline are known as central incisors. The two adjacent teeth to the central incisors are known as the lateral incisors.

b) Premolar teeth:

Ingestion is the process of taking food in the body. As Amoeba is an unicellular organism, so it doesn't have a mouth for ingestion of food. Thus, Amoeba ingests the food by encircling it by forming 'Pseudopodia' (P is silent). As the cell membrane of the pseudopodia fuse, the food gets trapped into a food vacuole
