Now a days the stress has become very common in day to day life of students.
- Stress in students is mainly caused due to studies, exams & competitions etc.
- Because of this stress in the students, it affects their diet, health, work and relationships etc.
- In many of the cases students are going into depression for not achieving good ranks even though they work hard for 12 hours a day.
- Parents also should remember that they should not keep more stress on students for achieving ranks rather they have to motivate them and tell simple lectures for their success.
- To overcome this stress parents and students should start doing yoga and meditation atleast for 3 minutes everyday. This will help them to be happy and healthy.
- Every student has to make a daily chart and prepare time table for their studies and follow it strictly to avoid this stress and tensions in the last minutes.
