(a) plastic scale : we can charge a plastic scale by $\textbf{friction method}$. when we rub the plastic scale with our dry hair , plastic scale gets electrically charge due to friction. now if we place this charged scale near pieces of paper, scale attracts pieces .

(b) metallic sphere : we can charge metallic sphere by $\textbf{conduction method}$. we know, metals have tendency to lose electron, when we bring to touch a negative charge sphere, metal sphere loses its electrons. due to lose of electrons metal gets positively charge .

(c) Piece of paper : as I mentioned if a charged plastic rod or scale places close to piece of paper, piece is attracted by rod. this is because , an induced charge developed in piece of paper . hence, we can charge the piece of paper by $\textbf{induction method}$
