Let us assume a cylinder such that it's radius is 5 cm and height is 15 cm.

To find: TSA (total surface area) and volume of the cylinder.

Total surface area of the cylinder (mentioned above)

= Surface area of the 2 circles + Surface area of the curved surface 

= 2πr²+2πrh

= 2πr(r+h)

= 2×3.14×5×(5+15)

= 628 cm²

Volume of the cylinder= πr²h= 3.14×5×5×15=1177.5 cm³
