by identity we know that 1+tan square theta =sec square theta
we know that (a-b)(a+b)=a2-b2
then by this (1-sin theta)(1+sin theta)=1-sin square theta by identity which is equal to cos square theta.
then we get sec square theta multiply cos square theta in LHS
sec square theta is reciprocal of cos square theta
then 1/cos square theta multiply cos square theta
by cos square theta cos square theta cancel out.
then 1 remain in LHS which is equal to 1 in RHS.
if this help you don't forget to thanks me.
