Since we know that,

→ 1/tan²A - 1

→ (1 - tan²A)/tan²A

Numerator/Denominator

→ (1 - tan²A)/(1 - tan²A)/tan²A

→ tan²A = R.H.S

Hence L.H.S and R.H.S are equal
