1 . Teachers are visiting the school after the lockdown. Keeping in mind the current situation, the parking area is changed. Now, the Assembly area will be used as the parking space. The dimensions of the Assembly area are 25m x 30m. On an average one-car requires 4.3m x 1.7m parking space. Keeping in mind the dimensions of the assembly area and the space required by one car, approximately how many cars can be parked in the Assembly area?

Answer :

Length of Assembly area = 25 m

Breadth of Assembly area = 30 m

Area of Assembly area = L * B

= 25 m * 30 m

= 750 meter square.

Parking space required by each car

= 4.3 m * 1.7 m

= 7.31 meter square.

Now ,

No. of cars that can be parked at Assembly area = 750/ 7.31

= 102 approximately
